Please keep medical details off the website

Do not enter a diagnosis, medication name, full medical history, surgical details, or other sensitive health information in a website form. If you indicate that a relevant consideration exists, Acacia will discuss only what is necessary with you directly before a session is confirmed. This website is not for urgent or emergency concerns.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to review and respond to requests, coordinate scheduling, prepare a tailored corporate proposal, and moderate client reflections. Reviews are never published automatically and appear on the website only when publishing permission has been given and Acacia approves them.

Sharing and service providers

Acacia's Integrative Bodywork does not sell your personal information. Limited information may be processed by website, database, and email service providers solely to operate these forms and deliver notifications, or disclosed when legally required.

Retention, security, and your choices
